Reverie is a 90s baby, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. At a very early age ￼ received an impressive amount of recognition for her poetry and art. As a child she garnered many awards for her poems and also had her work published in a few poetry and art books.
At age 14 Reverie discovered underground hip hop and her spoken word turned into raps. When she turned 17 she recorded her first songs and her music quickly started buzzing throughout Southern California. In
2009 Reverie released her first mixtape, “Castle in the Air,” with her brother/producer, Louden.
Today, at age 23, Reverie is a very well respected and admired rap artist and entrepreneur who organizes her own tours, runs her own clothing line and is strategically making continuous moves towards enhancing her already quickly growing fan base. This rapping graffiti artist is hungry and will stop at nothing to give “real hip hop,” as she says, to the masses.
Louden. Another one of the music industry’s finest has been raised in Los Angeles, known as Louden. Born in the City of Angels, Louden found his passion for making beats in 2010 at the age of 18. Since his initial uprising, he has composed beats for Reverie, Murs, Self Provoked, Bizzy Bone from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and other Hip-Hop legends. Louden’s musical talents and interests are not solely confined to Hip-Hop. He also produces Dubstep, Trap, and other electronic dance music genres. Louden focuses the majority of his talent into creating records for his sister, widely known as Reverie. They have released many songs and projects together over the past few years and are continuing to grow, having record releases yearly and world tours as well.
Self Provoked was born on July 23, 1992 to Argentinian and Peruvian parents. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley, where he currently still resides. His first introduction to the hip-hop culture was through graffiti. Self Provoked describes his style as “tricky”. He began recording at the age of 16 and now has operated 5 independents projects. He has also proven to be a YouTube sensation, accumulating over 5 million video views. While contributing in high profile collaborations to sharing the stage with other hip-hop legends, Self Provoked, leading the On A High Note collective, tirelessly works towards creating music to inspire his listeners.
